Common Client Issues
Problem: Antivirus flags uaRO.exe and uaRO Patcher.exe as insecure software or virus
- Ensure your antivirus is updated. - Add game client folder, uaRO.exe, and uaRO Patcher.exe to antivirus exceptions.
Problem: Gepard Shield stuck on loading screen with no error messages
- Run Setup.exe from the uaRO folder and try these options:
- Adjust Resolution and Graphic Device. - Uncheck Play in Full Screen. - Disable sound. - Select "Delete all Ragnarok-related settings (factory reset)".
Problem: Gepard Shield error about illegal software
- Some mouse and keyboard software may trigger this error. Close any such software before launching the game.
